Brett Baddorf
Before moving to the Memphis area to run for Houston High School, Brett ran for his high school in Ohio and placed fifth in the Ohio State cross-country meet. He also ran on a Junior Olympic team that placed second place at the national meet after winning the state and regional qualifiers. Personally, Brett won the 4K regional meet and took second in the Reno national meet. At Houston, Brett won county, regional, and state titles in cross-country. Brett attended Samford University and finished all-conference for four years in cross-country and was all-regional as a sophomore in the NCAA Div-I South Regional meet. Brett was also captain of the Samford cross-country team for two years.
Bryan Baddorf
At Houston High School, Bryan was TSSAA All-State four times, regional champion two times and was a part of three cross-country team state championships. As a cross-country team member at Samford University, he finished First Team All-Conference for the Ohio Valley Conference in 2003 and 2004. As a member of the track team, Bryan won the Atlantic Sun Conference championship in the 10K in 2002 and managed a second place finish in the indoor 5K and fourth in the indoor 3K, and a third in the outdoor 5K for the Ohio Valley Conference. In 2005 he finished 2nd in the OVC 10K. He now holds the school record for the 5K (14:44), 10K (31:07, and the indoor 3K (8:39). Bryan has also been a track team captain for the last two years. Currently Baddorf is one of the members of the Breakaway Racing Team.
Chad Johnson
Chad Johnson ran in high school at Cullman, Alabama. While there he dominated the area distance events winning state championships in every event from the mile to the 5K in cross country. Johnson attended Samford University where he competed on the varsity cross country and track teams. He served as the team's captain two consecutive years and won a team conference title in cross country and an individual title in the 3,000 meter steeple chase. Johnson graduated in 2005 with a BS in Excercise Science. Johnson is also currently a member of the Breakaway Racing Project.
Luke Lechler
Luke received his M.S. in Biomechanics from New York University and a B.S. in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University. He is also certified as a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He specializes in human performance evaluation and biomechanical analysis. His running resume began about the age of seven with one-mile races. His latest major races include the Manhattan Half-Marathon, the ING New York City Marathon, and the Capital 10K in Austin, TX, among many others.
